Board
of Christian Education - The BCE would like to offer parents the option
of using the nursery during Worship Service. Adult volunteers are
needed to cover the nursery of a rotating basis. Sign up on the
narthex bulletin board to help or contact the church office. |

Young
Family Luncheons - In the spirit of the "Dinner for 8"
gatherings, we are trying to put together an informal lunchtime gathering
for individuals or families with young children. We will meet after church
on the first Sunday of every month a a family-friendly restaurant or park in
the area to eat and visit. |

Choir - Our
Mixed Choir began the new season on September 20th. It will be meeting
throughout the year each Thursday at 7:00
pm. The Contemporary Gathering Choir will
practice at 8:30 am prior to the Contemporary Gathering Service the first
Sunday of each month. Please contact Aaron Jansen,
Director of Music Ministry, for more information about either Choir.

Al-Mighty Fine Handbell Ringers - began rehearsing on September 11th.
Rehearsals are on Thursday at 8:00 pm for the
remainder of the year. The group would love to welcome one more ringer
into our midst. Please consider joining even if you are a
novice. This is a great opportunity to join the group while it is
still building a foundation. In addition each evening is full of
Christian fellowship, fun and joy. Please contact Aaron Jansen if you have any questions. |

Children's
Choir - Will meet Monday's at 4:30 pm for children 4-6 years and 5:15 pm
for children 7-10 years. Co-directors are Judy Houck and Aaron
Jansen. |

Congregational
Picture Directory - Say Cheese! It's time for a new congregational
picture directory. This directory will be done in-house with no one
trying to pressure you into buying picture packages. Pictures will be
taken before and after church. Announcement to follow for the
locations, etc. This will be a tremendous tool for our new
pastor. Please contact Susan Riddles if you have any questions. |

The
Yard Sale - Saturday, May 17, 2008. Yard Sale items can be
brought in beginning April 7th. Contact Betty Bennett to make
arrangements to drop off items or to volunteer to help. A sign up
sheet will be on the bulletin board to help on April 13th. |
